AUDITIONS

Dates: March 8/9 Times: Between 10:00am and 6:00pm

To be considered for a role (including returning members), you will be attending an individual audition in which you need to prepare a musical theatre song and bring digital karaoke accompaniment to the audition. (we will provide a bluetooth speaker) Familiarize yourself with our audition guide and schedule provided at the top of this page. Be available for callbacks and please fill out our online audition form using the link below so you can be contacted with an audition time. Break a leg!

You may be required to sing a song from the show, read sides, and/or attend a group dance call. We will contact you with times and instructions a week before callbacks.

Set in the 1590's, brothers Nick and Nigel Bottom are desperate to write a hit play but are stuck in the shadow of that Renaissance rock star known as "The Bard" (William Shakespeare). When a local soothsayer foretells that the future of theatre involves singing, dancing and acting at the same time, Nick and Nigel set out to write the world's very first musical. But amidst the scandalous excitement of opening night, the Bottom Brothers realize that reaching the top means being true to thine own self….and all that jazz.

Something Rotten! features large song and dance numbers, and an eccentric cast of over-the-top characters, each given their own special moment in the show to shine.
